Automated workflow | How it works
1️⃣ The applicant creates a request for materials in ManWinWin.
2️⃣ The request is automatically forwarded to the warehouse operator.
3️⃣ The system Pick-by-Light & Put-to-Light P2 by Dasstec automatically lights up at the locations of the parts in the warehouse.
4️⃣ The warehouse operator collects the pieces and places them in the tray/box.
5️⃣ The box is scanned for identification.
6️⃣ Dasstec scale automatically checks the weight and confirms quantities based on data in the system.
7️⃣ The warehouse operator confirms delivery.
8️⃣ Stock is updated automatically in ManWinWin.
9️⃣ Upon reaching the minimum threshold, the system generates replenishment alert.
