We manufactured and integrated an automated transport and sorting system between three nearby warehouses.
The outdoor conveyors were a design challenge, as they were designed for transport between warehouses, ensuring the protection of products and components, easy access for maintenance and servicing, and the ability to pivot, clearing the way for vehicle access in the spaces between warehouses.
Optimization of Riviera Bike's logistics flow
We scan all AWBs for parcels dynamically on the conveyor belt and automatically route them to their delivery/transport destinations to customers.
The result is a robust, intelligent, and flexible system that significantly improves processing times for Riviera Bike orders, eliminating product transfers between warehouses that were previously done manually/by hand/by forklift.
