Many years ago, in the early days of Dasstec, I was fortunate enough to meet two extraordinary people who were doing what they do today.
🧠 One opened our eyes to the phenomenon IoT (Internet Of Things)
🧠 The second was capable of implementing IoT on any kind of development board of the time, but more importantly, he could design, manufacture, and implement his own boards from scratch.
That's how it came to reality “Albert 1”, our first range of smart electronic boards – IoT inside, a simple device pick-by-light at a cost of only €1.50. And yet, even from its very first version, it has been successfully implemented in real applications – including for large e-commerce customers.

Today, Dasstec manufactures and integrates over 50 own designs electronic boards, the most advanced of which is an Industrial PLC with EtherCAT communication, capable of running over 10.000 I/O in a cycle of less than 7 ms. It is integrated by Dasstec into the sorters and conveyor systems we manufacture. It is the heart and brain of our conveying and sorting systems.
All Arduino and Raspberry models have been used in our projects, and we have implemented them industrially alongside other development boards of the time (I say "of the time" because, although only a few years have passed, the speed at which new technologies emerge is remarkable).

- Acquisition boards AnySensorBasically, any current, flow, vibration, encoder, etc. translator arrives from a locally configured board by scanning a simple NFC directly into the Dasstec data management portal in any form the customer desires. We start locally with the acquisition, we produce switch and router equipment, we go over the internet using any radio, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. communication, and we arrive at AWS or any of our own or our customers' machines ➡ everything starts locally, at the sensor level, and arrives where it is needed – in real time, securely and scalably.
